Refund policy
We sell digital products (Excel templates and downloadable files). Because these products are delivered instantly after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a download has been accessed or delivered.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital content supplied immediately is exempt from the usual 14-day cancellation right once the customer has given consent for immediate delivery and acknowledged that their right to cancel is lost. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to this condition.
Exceptions
We will only consider a refund if:

The file is corrupted or not downloadable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement; or

You were charged in error (duplicate transaction).
